
1. The stretching must be done when the aluminum alloy profile is cooled to below 50 degrees before it can be moved to the stretching frame for stretching. If the temperature is too high, stretching will not only scald the human body, burn the wool top, but also because the internal stress of the aluminum alloy profiles cannot be completely eliminated, there are absolute wastes such as bending, twisting, and poor functions before and after aging.
2. The stretching amount is controlled at 1%. It should be noted that if the stretching amount is too high, it will cause head, middle and tail size errors, surface water pattern twist (fish scale) marks, low elongation, high hardness and brittleness (low plasticity). Too low tensile strength will make the compressive strength and hardness of the profile low, and even aging (quenching) cannot improve the hardness, and the profile is easy to bend in an arc (commonly known as broadsword bend).
3. In order to control the amount of tensile deformation and control the size change of the whole profile very well, it is necessary to select suitable special clamps and suitable methods. Especially for the opening material, arc material, cantilever material, and zigzag-shaped profiles, more attention should be paid to the rational use of stretch clamp pads.
4. Pay attention to profiles with high aspect ratio, long overhanging walls, large arcs, large and small wall thicknesses, strange shapes, etc., especially the force condition of the small feet, thin teeth, long legs, arc surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, and viewpoints of these profiles,to avoid the occurrence of defects such as partial or point-shaped scale deformation, twisting, and spiraling of the profile.
5. Because the wool tops have the effect of resisting heat, the aluminum profiles with high decorative appearance must be turned upside down, back and forth, so as to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the defects of horizontal bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and different crystalline, especially the large wide surface and thick wall aluminum profiles.
