Custom metal stamping

1. High production efficiency. The number of parts or process content completed per unit time is several times higher than that of the general processing method, or even hundreds of times. In addition, the metal stamping process can further improve the production efficiency by adopting the combined processing method of the first mock examination with multiple parts and multiple process contents on a set of molds.


2. The product has stable quality and good interchangeability. The metal stamping die is used to form the product. There are few factors affecting the product quality change and the degree of harm is low. Some factors can be corrected by taking appropriate measures to control the product quality within an ideal range. The stability of product quality can effectively ensure its interchangeability. Good interchangeability is the basic guarantee for mass production. At the same time, it is also conducive to product maintenance and replacement.


3. High material utilization through different layout methods, such as cross, oblique, multi row, mixing, nesting, or even waste free layout, can effectively improve the utilization of materials and reduce the material cost of products.


4. The material does not need to be heated. Generally, the material does not need to be heated during stamping. This can not only save energy, reduce the occupation of heating equipment and site, but also avoid the instability of shape and size caused by oxidation, burn and deformation of product surface caused by heating. It can also prevent the adverse effects of temperature rise on the mold.


5. The mechanical properties of stamping parts are improved. Affected by the hardening phenomenon of metal stamping, the surface structure of stamping parts is compact, the hardness and wear resistance are increased, and the strength and rigidity of stamping parts are also improved.


6. There are many products suitable for stamping. It can solve many processing contents that are impossible or difficult to complete in general machining, especially for the processing and forming of some thin, soft, difficult, strange and micro parts, or non-metallic parts. Metal stamping is almost the only processing and forming method.


7. The operation is simple. The forming process and basic quality are mostly guaranteed by the die and stamping equipment. The basic actions during operation are the same, and are not affected by the complexity of the product.
